A headquarters tower for Ho Chi Minh power generation company on corner site within District 5.
The tower comprises 63,200 sq m of office headquarters and is supported by 4,000 of retail and a 320 room 5* hotel. The facades are deliberately serrated against the environmental loading on each elevation, making a striking visual impact on an environmentally sustainable design.
